Thank you for shopping with HairyGrabsterⓇ. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 45 days from your order date to make a return.

If you would like to return your item, please contact customerservice@hairygrabster.com and we will send you a return label for your shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We will take it out of the reimbursement of your order. 

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. 

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please contact customerservice@hairygrabster.com.
